Your articles are going to be posted on our LinkedIn and on our website (deushcs.com). Responsibilities: Create writing schedules to complete content draft within deadlines Research psychology-related content for online publications Develop content for platforms like websites, email marketing, blogs, product descriptions Review and proofread process changes to drive operational excellence Use industry best practices to inspire ideas and content Use SEO strategies to maximize online visibility of website in search results Identify customer needs and gaps in content and recommend new topics Soft Skills: Time management skills - scheduling, adapting, prioritizing Organization skills Initiative and ability to work independently with little daily supervision Strict adherence to style guides of each company Familiarity with client requirements and company’s image, products, services Ability to work under pressure Hard Skills: Familiarity with the industry of HR/work psychology Strong grasp of English Record of excellent verbal and written skills with a portfolio Experience with academic research Previous work experience as content writer or similar role Preferably a journalism, English, psychology or Communication major or related Keen eye for details Ability to communicate complex topics in a way that is understandable for readers Please attach your writing portfolio as well.
