Job Description: As a Laravel / PHP / JavaScript Developer, you will be responsible for: - Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. - Collaborating closely with our team to integrate innovative solutions into transactional, AI, and fundraising projects. - Participating in all phases of the development cycle—from design to production—while ensuring the quality and performance of deliverables. - Proposing and implementing technical improvements to optimize existing applications. Candidate Profile: - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Laravel, PHP, and JavaScript. Experience with modern frameworks. Our current framework is Kompo (https://kompo.io) based on Laravel. - Professional Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in web development in a professional environment. - Design & Architecture Skills: Familiarity with transactional systems and relational databases. - Passion for Innovation: An interest in artificial intelligence and an understanding of the challenges associated with fundraising. - Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment and communicate in English. - Location: You preferably reside in Argentina but we are willing to accept any other country if the fit is perfect.
