Job Description We are looking for a Social Media Manager with experience managing digital campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, as well as planning and executing content for social media. This role will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns, optimizing conversions, generating reports, proposing strategies, and scheduling content. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively manage international campaigns and content. Responsibilities: Campaign Management & Optimization Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Retargeting, etc.). Manage advertising budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance. Daily monitoring of campaign performance with real-time adjustments. Implement and manage retargeting and remarketing strategies. Analyze key metrics to continuously optimize ad performance. Content Management & Publishing Upload and schedule content on social media using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc. Develop and present content proposals based on trends, buyer personas, and brand objectives. Collaborate with the design and copywriting team to ensure messages and visuals are aligned with strategy. Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with paid media campaigns. Analysis & Reporting Monitor and analyze key metrics (ctr, cpc, cpa, roas, conversions, reach, engagement, etc.). Implement and manage tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, etc.). Create monthly reports with performance analysis and optimization proposals. Strategy & Audience Segmentation Develop and optimize buyer personas based on audience data. Understand the buyer journey and adapt digital marketing strategies for each stage of the conversion funnel. Propose advertising strategies based on market trends, benchmarks, and competitor analysis. Apply growth marketing strategies to improve conversion and customer acquisition. Continuous Improvement & Automation Identify automation opportunities to optimize campaigns and content scheduling. Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms and social media trends. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking and data analysis. Experience in content management and social media scheduling. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Looker Studio (preferred). Experience with audience segmentation and retargeting strategies. Understanding of the buyer journey and digital consumer psychology. Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written). Ability to work independently and proactively optimize campaigns. E-commerce: Experience with conversion strategies and audience management for online stores. Preferred Skills: Copywriting: Ability to create and refine persuasive ad and social media copy. WordPress: Basic knowledge for content management and website optimization. CRM: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar for lead management and automation. TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads: Additional experience with other advertising platforms.
