Assist clients in identifying areas of improvement within their business, including operations, marketing, sales, and financial management. Offer strategic guidance and mentorship on growing and scaling businesses effectively. Help clients navigate challenges such as time management, leadership development, and decision-making. Provide ongoing support, accountability, and encouragement to ensure clients stay on track with their goals. Requirements: Proven experience as a business coach, consultant, or mentor with a focus on entrepreneurship and startup growth. Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and scaling. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Ability to create personalized coaching plans that cater to individual business needs. Experience with various business tools, techniques, and frameworks for success. A results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Preferred: Previous experience in the startup or small business ecosystem. Knowledge of AI-powered business tools and strategies.
