E-Commerce & Apparel Manufacturing Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

Description: We’re a fast-growing performance apparel brand looking for a detail-obsessed bookkeeper with deep experience in e-commerce and a solid understanding of the apparel manufacturing process. This role goes beyond basic bookkeeping—you’ll help us build a clean, clear financial foundation as we scale. What You’ll Do: • Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Online • Reconcile transactions from Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and other sales channels • Track production payments, vendor deposits, and fulfillment costs • Accurately categorize all expenses and income for clean monthly reporting in a timely manner • Support our leadership team with cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Work alongside our operations team to align financial systems with how we produce and deliver product Who You Are: • A bookkeeping pro with experience supporting 6- to 8-figure e-commerce brands • Comfortable navigating the nuances of apparel manufacturing—material deposits, short turn production runs, vendor payments, fulfillment costs, etc. • Confident with tools like QuickBooks Online, Shopify, A2X, Gusto, and Google Sheets • Proactive, communicative, and organized—you spot problems before they become problems • Comfortable working with a lean, fast-moving team and adapting as the business grows Nice to Have: • Experience with international vendors and multi-currency reconciliation • Familiarity with sales tax setup and compliance across U.S. states • An understanding of gross margin optimization and product-level cost analysis Compensation: We’re open to both hourly billing or eventually a monthly retainer, depending on your preference and availability.
