Financial Audit for Small Company
We are seeking an experienced financial auditor to conduct a thorough audit of our company's financials. We are a 5-person software company with an NIH grant. The reason for the audit is that we spent more than $750k in 2023, and that triggers an automatic audit requirement. Nothing fancy, we are only paying people, cloud services, and equipment.
