Project Overview - (Required Video Resume - See Below) - US Mountain Standard Time Collaboration and Project Updates Required We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft CoPilot AI Agent Developer Consultant to design, implement, and integrate AI-powered agents into our existing workflows. The consultant will leverage Microsoft CoPilot’s capabilities to enhance productivity, automate processes, and integrate seamlessly with various enterprise applications. The role requires deep technical expertise in AI workflow development, API integrations, and a strong understanding of Microsoft’s AI ecosystem. Project Goals & Objectives -Develop AI-powered agents using Microsoft CoPilot to automate business processes and enhance efficiency. -Integrate CoPilot with enterprise applications, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs. -Design, document, and implement workflow automation that streamlines operations. -Provide technical architecture documentation, workflow diagrams, and process maps for implemented solutions. -Ensure that solutions align with security best practices and compliance requirements. -Optimize existing workflows and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. -Train internal teams on AI agent capabilities and best practices for utilization. Consultant Requirements Technical Expertise -Proven expertise in Microsoft CoPilot AI agent development and workflow automation. -Strong experience integrating CoPilot with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, etc.). -Deep understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure AI Services, and Dynamics 365. -Proficiency in working with APIs, JSON, RESTful services, and Graph API. -Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Microsoft Bot Framework. -Knowledge of AI-driven process automation and AI-enhanced data insights. -Experience with security and compliance standards within the Microsoft ecosystem. Work Experience & Project Portfolio -Must have a proven track record of successfully developing and deploying Microsoft CoPilot solutions. -Provide specific examples of past projects, including documentation, workflow designs, and business impact. -Experience working with mid-market and enterprise-level organizations. -Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies for AI agent deployment. Soft Skills & Collaboration -Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders. -Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. -Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences. -Must be able to develop detailed project plans, provide clear deliverables, and execute within defined timelines. -Ability to train and mentor internal teams on CoPilot AI solutions. Availability & Time Zone Requirements -Must be willing and able to work US PST Time Zone (9 AM - 5 PM). -Available for regular status updates, progress meetings, and support as needed. -Deliverables & Responsibilities AI Agent Development & Implementation -Design and build AI agents using Microsoft CoPilot for business process automation. -Ensure AI solutions align with organizational needs and security policies. Application API Integration -Seamlessly integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and third-party APIs. -Develop custom connectors for enhanced functionality. -Workflow Mapping & Process Automation -Create workflow diagrams and automation blueprints. -Implement AI-driven decision-making and task automation strategies. Technical Documentation & Knowledge Transfer -Develop comprehensive architecture documentation, user guides, and process flow diagrams. -Provide hands-on training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement -Monitor AI agent performance and optimize solutions for efficiency and scalability. -Recommend enhancements based on analytics and feedback.
