We are a small nonprofit that manages a statewide coalition of nonprofits, financial institutions, and other organizations interested in helping low-income Texans build financial stability. We recently migrated to Hubspot as our CRM and Wix Studio as our website. We are looking for someone with deep experience working with the CRM features of Hubspot (ideally with nonprofits) to first help us strategize and design how to set up the contact information so that is easy to update, maintain and use for emails (newsletters, updates) and will also generate the reports on demographics, geography, organization type, etc. that we need for grants and advocacy work. Once we have a plan, we will need that expert to reconfigure our Hubspot with that design and structure. More details: Our "contacts" and marketing contacts for emails include paid and free members (individuals, nonprofits, financial institutions) and a large email list of people engaged in this work across the state. We want Hubspot to help us understand and build our membership and generate reports that help us understand our network (how many organizations, how many financial coaches, what are the demographics of our network, how many participate in webinars and events, etc.). We also need guidance on getting email addresses out of quarantine. We currently have about 500 emails in quarantine who are not getting our newsletters and updates - and this lists includes long-time partners and board members who are actively engaged in our work - they want to get our information but Hubspot is blocking us from emailing them. We need expert guidance to help us overcome these issues and get Hubspot set up to work for our small team.
