Aircraft Project for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

I am hiring a team to create a high quality Dornier 228 aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. The team will consist of 3D artist familiar with Blender or Autodesk 3ds Max, a 3D model animation artist, and a programmer skilled in C++, HTML, and Java. 3D artists will be responsible for creating a high quality 3D models, animations, and uv mapping. Programmers will be responsible for creating gauges, interactive click spots in the cockpits, and implementing other features. The team must be willing to clearly communicate in English, follow all production manager's instructions, quality requirements, and deadlines, be able to read and understand the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 SDK, and communicate and work together until projects are complete. Please offer a proposal as well as your hourly rate. Budget and hourly rate is negotiable.
