Responsibilities: Identify potential affiliate partners and recruit new affiliates. Onboard new affiliate partners and provide ongoing support. Monitor affiliate partner activity and ensure compliance with program guidelines. Generate monthly reports on affiliate partner performance and make recommendations for strategy improvements. Manage and grow the company's affiliate marketing program Create and execute strategy for affiliate programs, including recruitment and retention. Assist with all aspects of affiliate marketing and various direct response marketing initiatives. Write and distribute marketing updates to affiliate account teams. Assist in the development of a tracking system for affiliate offers to use for media and print fulfillment. Coordinate the briefing, implementation, and deployment of affiliate marketing and sales tactics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing (preferred). Proficient in the following affiliate marketing platforms: Post Affiliate Pro, Easy Affiliate, Adsanity, Advanced Ads, ShareASale) Strong understanding of online marketing, digital advertising, and the usage performance metrics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with managing influencer partnerships. Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). Experience in the eCommerce or SaaS industry is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $45k- $55k. Plus commission
