Hello! My name is Dan Guedes and I run an agency called CreativeGrowth.Agency in Fort Lauderdale, USA. We offer digital marketing services to small and large companies. We are looking for a talented ui/ux designer to join our growing team. You are someone who Understands that creativity takes courage Appreciates the power of good design with a message/ story Knows what it means to build a brand Works exceptionally well in a remote team and thrives in a collaborative environment Is very comfortable with digital marketing and not afraid to get their hands dirty Has a strong entrepreneurial drive and can keep their head above water Is creative and independent but also leads by example Has the ability to simplify complicated messages through design Is comfortable taking the lead on projects of all sizes Has a strong attention to detail Knows how to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines What you’ll do Be an integral part of our Marketing team and work closely with the rest of the team Drive CreativeGrowth, our visual brand identity while designing and supporting all marketing efforts incl. Websites, Landing Pages, Sales Funnels, Banners, etc. For our brand, our partners, and clients Serve as the creative lead on projects and initiatives such as: ui brand guides, wireframes, mockups, brand identities, web design, ui/ux design, design graphics, icons and more. Transform ui/ux designs to pixel perfect wordpress sites. Collaborate with marketing and sales team to develop experiences and campaigns across various communication mediums (emails, presentations, promotional content, partnerships, events, etc) Drive the development and maintenance of UI design guidelines Ensure design consistency across all forms of execution and protect the overall visual identity Work with the Marketing Director as well as our General Manager to ensure appropriate approvals of all design proofs What you’ll need A strong and dynamic portfolio of brand and design content 3+ years of professional design experience Program proficiency in Adobe Systems: Photoshop, Illustrator Program proficiency in Google Apps. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in ui/ux strong knowledge of wordpress skillful at presenting information effectively and clearly while not fearful of presenting ideas or designs to a group of people to get their feedback/ input outstanding organizational and communication skills with the ability to adjust the message to the audience strong work ethic working knowledge of latest trends a creative self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic and ever-changing environment bilingual (is a plus) bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing or graphic design. Job Type: Full-time 30 to 50 hours a week Experience: Marketing and/or Web Design: 3 years (Preferred) Language: English Spanish (is a plus) Work Location: Remote.
