We are seeking a talented Web Designer & Developer to join our team and help elevate our digital presence. This role requires a creative and technically skilled individual who can design visually compelling, user-friendly websites while ensuring seamless functionality and performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and branding consistency, along with expertise in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow, as well as proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma, is highly preferred. In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing team to create and maintain websites that effectively communicate our brand and enhance user engagement. Responsibilities include designing website layouts, optimizing site speed and performance, implementing SEO best practices, and troubleshooting technical issues. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with backend development, database management is a plus.
