We are drafting a guide containing key texts, tools, and case studies to assist SMEs. The guide will narrate the applicable concepts and standards and then show how they can be operationalised in practice as illustrated by the case studies. Readers will be able to internalise the responses to the case studies as a form of experiential learning. The case studies will discuss the typical challenges companies face in the areas of the environment and labour. One can then turn to the relevant chapters to understand the standards and the possible solutions.  The guide will be written with a practical approach in mind.
