We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to develop engaging content, manage our online presence, and implement email automation to enhance customer communication. This is an ongoing freelance role with a negotiable monthly contract, based on experience and scope. We need someone who can create high-quality content and automation workflows that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. What You’ll Be Doing: Social Media Management (FB, Instagram & Tik Tok) • Daily posts (mix of reels, carousel posts, and static content) • Community engagement (DMs, comments, audience interaction) • Influencer collaboration and UGC strategy • Competitor analysis to refine content and engagement strategies Video & Content Production • 8 high-quality reels/TikToks per month • Influencer script writing and creative direction to ensure messaging aligns with brand positioning Email Marketing & Automation -Campaign Development: Write and design email newsletters, promotions, and engagement sequences. -Automated Workflows: Write and optimize email flows using Go Highlevel (welcome sequences, customer follow-ups, promotions, etc.). -Performance Monitoring: Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to refine strategy. Ideal Candidate: -Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok for local or lifestyle brands, with a focus on audience engagement and growth. -Strong copywriting and content creation skills across both social media and email marketing. -Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. -Hands-on experience with email marketing automation, ideally using Go High Level. -Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of owning content strategy with minimal oversight. -Genuinely interested in learning about the interior design and home organization space, including industry trends and customer motivations. -A creative thinker with the drive, curiosity, and voice to help shape and represent our brand across channels.
