Want to deploy my Web view android app to Google Play store

I have an android app using react native web view and I am looking for a developer or team to successfully submit this to the Google Play Store. Since this is a Google Play account created after November 2023, we need to conduct a closed test with minimum 12 testers. Therefore, you should have 12 team members or friends who can successfully complete this test.
