Description:
We are actively looking for a Digital Analyst based in Madrid, Spain and focused on analytical definition, development & deployment with experience using different tools, with especial experience on Adobe Analytics, DTM and Launch. Further experience on Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager will be a plus. Experience on other TMS (Tealium, GTM) or other Analytics tools (GA, Webtrekk, etc.) Will be a plus. Main Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To • Define, report and analyze Key Performance Indicators • Interpret business requirements from stakeholders to develop them into technical requirements • Define technical tracking guides and partner with the development team in order to validate data collection and ensure data quality • Develop technical solutions to avoid data breaches and other common Digital Analytics pain points • Troubleshoot Digital Analytics implementations based on Adobe Analytics and Adobe’s tms (dtm or launch) • develop and maintain ongoing reporting to be delivered to the senior division and other stakeholders • use data to make recommendations for stakeholders to optimize the customer journey across websites (desktop + mobile), mobile apps, smart tvs, wereables and digital marketing channels • provide support to cross-functional and global partners for analytical requests through maintenance, mining and integration of data sources • develop a picture of the customer leveraging data from online and offline data sources • learn and use other martech & adtech tools (adserver, dmp, cdp, marketing automation, etc.) In order to leverage Customer Experience and generate new business opportunities • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the evolving analytics landscape • Direct report to the Marketing & Advertising Technology Team Lead and constantly engage with the executive team (Capability Lead and Go-To-Market Lead).
