Consistent Weekly Writing Work – Templates Provided – Grow With Us
We’re a growing social media agency that creates monthly content for service-based small businesses. We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused writer to help us produce structured content briefs that guide our creative team. This role is highly systemized — you’ll be working from client questionnaires, past content, and structured templates. You’ll use tools like ChatGPT or Claude to help generate first drafts, but this is not a copy-paste job. We’re looking for someone who can recognize when content feels repetitive, stale, or off-tone — and make thoughtful improvements that keep it fresh, engaging, and client-ready. Responsibilities: - Review client questionnaires and past content - Use provided prompts (in your own AI tools) to generate first drafts - Edit and refine content to improve tone, clarity, and originality - Ensure all briefs follow our exact structure (3–4 pages) - Upload the final brief to Google Drive and mark as complete in Monday.com What We Offer: - 5–10 briefs per week to start (with more as we grow) - Templates, examples, and prompt outlines provided - Flexible hours — no meetings or client interaction - Long-term opportunity with consistent work - Clear process and quick onboarding Pay: - $3 per completed and approved brief - Each brief typically takes 15–20 minutes after initial training - This job post is for 10 briefs total — $30 for the full batch. If it goes well, we’ll continue working with you on an ongoing basis with similar batches each week. You’re a Good Fit If You: - Have strong English writing and editing skills - Can improve AI-generated drafts, not just use them blindly - Know how to spot repeated ideas and bring new angles to content - Follow checklists and templates with accuracy - Are dependable, organized, and focused on quality Preferred qualifications: - Experience creating brand summaries, social media content plans, or marketing briefs - Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Google Docs, and Monday.com - A background in light copywriting or editing To Apply: Please send: A short note explaining why you're a good fit 1–2 samples where you took scattered info and turned it into a structured, polished document A note about your experience (if any) using tools like ChatGPT or Claude — and how you make sure your writing still sounds original We’re hiring immediately.
