We’re Restaurant Equipment Online (restaurantequipment.com.au), an Australian-based e-commerce company selling commercial kitchen equipment to restaurants, cafes, and foodservice businesses. We have a team of 6 salespeople actively using Zoho CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, quotes, and deals. Our biggest challenge is helping the team close more deals faster by improving efficiency and automation within our existing CRM setup. We’re looking for an experienced Zoho CRM expert to conduct a comprehensive audit of our system and ensure we’re using it as effectively as possible. Our preference is to use standard Zoho features wherever possible, avoid unnecessary customizations, and leverage automation and AI tools to streamline the sales process. Scope of Work: - Audit our existing Zoho CRM setup: - Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or underutilized features - Evaluate how fields, pipelines, and workflow rules are structured - Assess our current approach to lead and deal management and reporting - Review our integration with Shopify: - We have synced our inventory and product data from Shopify - We do not use Zoho Inventory - Advise how best to use this integration to assist with quoting and deal creation Improve quoting speed and accuracy: - Recommend ways to generate quotes faster - Explore use of AI or automation tools to reduce manual input and error - Enhance automation to increase sales conversion: - Suggest follow-up and deal-stage automation using standard (and if helpful, non-standard) Zoho features - Recommend specific actions to help the team close more deals with less admin time This project may lead to additional ongoing work for CRM development and optimization, so we’re looking to build a relationship with someone who understands our goals and can support our team over time.
