Virtual Social Media Assistant

I'm interested in hiring a virtual assistant to help with organizing and scheduling out posts & captions to my social media platforms to help maintain consistency across all platforms including my Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and/or Affiliate platforms like LikeToKnowIt and Collective Voice (Platforms are negotiable). As Instagram is my most active platform, there are many posts from there that are not posted across my social media channels. I would love to hire someone with social media marketing experience and an eye for details and aesthetics to curate existing videos and photos and position them for each platform mentioned above. It would also be a bonus if a trending audio were provided to help with visibility -- although not necessary. I understand that this is more of a custom service, so I'm open to your thoughts. Depending on how relationship goes, I'd love to expand the opportunity of working together long term as I always have other projects in need of assistance.
