We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Web Designer to join our digital team on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in ui/ux design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a passion for creating visually engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Create modern and engaging ui/ux designs, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like figma and adobe xd. • Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimised for mobile and desktop users. • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to bring creative visions to life. • Maintain consistency in branding and design across all digital touchpoints. • Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to push the boundaries of innovation. What We’re Looking For: • At least two years of experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of previous work. • Advanced ui/ux design skills, with experience designing intuitive and high-converting interfaces. • Strong command of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. • A deep understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles. • Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards. • Basic understanding of html and css to ensure designs translate well into code. • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and contribute ideas proactively. • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Nice to Have: • Experience designing animations, motion graphics, or interactive elements. • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation and landing page best practices. • Background in brand identity design and digital storytelling.
