Purpose of role: The Technical lead will work closely with the Integrations Architects by coordinating tasks and ensuring the implementations of IT roadmaps. Cores responsibilities:  Organize and track development cells among the company´s initiatives distributed in our subsidiaries. O Perform the scrum master role for the assigned development cells. O Perform the rollout supervisor role for the assigned deliverables. O Perform the business analyst role for the assigned initiatives.  Capture and analyze use cases, requirements by gathering all the pieces of information and consolidating a unique requirement document.  Collaborate to design software following the architecture guidelines and principles defined in the company’s framework.  Lead development team to organize, size, and prioritize the effort/work/tasks according to the defined priorities on the roadmap.  Guide the teams to solve cases, issues, doubts, or concerns by proper escalation for resolution.  Create integration by mapping attributes and writing API specifications in standard documents.  Work with functional and technical teams to ensure effective delivery of software or integration design.  Evaluate, prototype, propose tools and artifacts it could improve the company´s integration frameworks. Qualifications:  Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Developer or similar.  3+ years of integration development experience in any platform or framework.  2+ years working with containers over Kubernetes.  1+ years performing technical lead roles.  Deep understanding of Cloud Native principles.  Demonstrable experience of working with Cloud, IaaS.  Strong knowledge of IP Network fundamentals.  Agile methodologies courses are desirable.  JBoss, Wildfly, Weblogic knowledge is desCategory: IT & ProgrammingSubcategory: OtherProject size: LargeIs this a project or a position?: ProjectI currently have: Not applicableRequired availability: As neededAPI Integrations: Other (Other APIs)
