AWS Developer to work on following key activities Amazon Connect Set up and configure Amazon Connect instances, contact flows, routing profiles, and queues. Develop and customize Contact Flow logic using AWS Lambda and Amazon Lex for automation. Monitor and troubleshoot call flows, agent performance, and system logs using CloudWatch. Optimize call recordings and real-time analytics using Kinesis and AI/ML services (Transcribe, Comprehend). Amazon S3 Design and implement scalable S3 storage solutions for data archiving, logging, and analytics. Manage lifecycle policies to optimize storage costs (Standard, Glacier, Intelligent-Tiering). Set up security controls using IAM, bucket policies, encryption (SSE-KMS), and access logging. Integrate S3 with Lambda for automated processing of uploaded files (event-driven architecture). AWS Lambda Develop and deploy serverless functions using Python, Node.js Optimize execution time by fine-tuning memory allocation, cold start mitigation, and concurrency settings. Secure Lambda functions with proper IAM roles, VPC access, and environment variable encryption. Monitor and troubleshoot Lambda performance using CloudWatch Logs, X-Ray, and distributed tracing.
