Position Type: Freelance, Part-Time (Individuals only - No Agencies or Agency Owners) Location: Remote Company Overview We are a U.S.-Based Google Ads agency specializing in lead generation campaigns for local service-based businesses (see more information about us here: www.astrapixel.com). We provide our clients a Done-For-You service, including: landing page design, conversion tracking setup, and Google Ads setup/management. Our mission is to deliver high-quality leads to our clients with a focus on providing a high ROI to them. We're looking for a skilled Google Ads Campaign Manager who can bring expertise and accountability to our team. Job Responsibilities • Campaign Set Up: Keyword research and Google Ads campaign structure setup. • Conversion Tracking Set Up: Set up offline conversion tracking systems (Google Sheets or client's CRM) and Google Tag Manager. • Landing Page Collaboration: Guide our landing page designers with anything we need to include in our landing pages for higher ROI. • Weekly Reporting: Analyze the campaigns performance and send weekly reports to the clients. • Client Communication: Communicate with clients and team members through Email, Slack, and Video Calls. • Campaign Management: Complete data-driven optimizations on a weekly basis and perform any additional changes requested by the team. Required Qualifications • Experience: 1-2 years minimum in managing Google Ads campaigns for local service-based businesses. • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in setting up/managing Search/PMax Google Ads campaigns and conversion tracking systems. • Results: You must be able to present live results of current and previous campaigns that back your expertise. • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, responsible, and highly accountable for delivering results. Preferred Qualifications • Automation Skills: Experience with automation tools such as Make.com or Zapier. • GoHighLevel Skills: Experience with GoHighLevel for funnel building, conversion tracking, and automations setup. • Landing Page Optimization: Experience designing and optimizing landing pages in GoHighLevel to boost conversion rates for local service-based businesses.Category: Sales & MarketingSubcategory: Advertising on Google, FacebookWhat do you need?: Medium-sized campaignsIs this a project or a position?: ProjectRequired availability: Part time
