C&L Cleaning Co is a fast-growing cleaning company offering top-quality commercial and residential cleaning services. We’re looking for a results-driven Commercial lead generation Representative to help us secure more commercial contracts while we focus on growing our residential side. Responsibilities: Cold calling & outreach to businesses (offices, medical facilities, retail spaces, etc.). Setting appointments for walkthroughs (you book, we close!). Following up with potential clients via phone and email. Tracking leads and conversations in a CRM or spreadsheet. Providing basic service information and gathering client details. Ideal Candidate: ✔ Experience in B2B sales or lead generation (janitorial/cleaning industry a plus). ✔ Strong communication & persuasion skills. ✔ Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails. ✔ Reliable and organized in tracking leads.
