We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our web development and marketing agency. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, cold calling, meeting booking, and anything else related to finding and engaging potential clients. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and reach out to potential clients via cold calls and other communication channels. - Book meetings with qualified leads. - Attend initial client meetings to understand our services and offerings, assisting in refining our sales process. - Work closely with the agency owner to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions. Experience & Skills: - Experience Level: Open to any experience level, as long as you deliver results. - Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of web development and marketing services is required. You won’t be responsible for discussing technical details or pricing, but understanding what we offer is crucial. - Target Market: Experience or understanding of selling to small businesses, e-commerce, and retail stores in North America, Europe, Panama, and Mexico is preferred. - Language Proficiency: Near-native English proficiency is a must. Decent Spanish is a plus. - Communication & Sales Skills: Strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and experience in closing high-ticket sales are essential. Compensation: Fully commission-based with the potential for long-term collaboration. The exact commission percentage will be discussed during the interview process. Tools & Training: No specific tools required. We will primarily use Notion, and training will be provided if needed. Working Hours: Flexible working hours; results are what matter most.
