call center calls set up to use AWS cloud services to store and access call recordings

I own an insurance agency and I need help in setting up aws cloud storage for all the call recordings I have from my dialer software that I use. They have done this before and can help integrate this. I am not familiar with AWS and I would like it set up and explained to me how I can access the files I need after they are uploaded.
