Support a company dedicated to helping babies, toddlers, and preschoolers who have been diagnosed with autism or developmental delays. We Offer: Independent contract position at USD$10/hr.  Part-time (10 hours per week to start) to grow to FT for the candidate that proves themselves capable. Ideal Candidates must have: Attention to detail Initiative and a “can-do” attitude Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace and Excel Bilingual Strong organizational, planning skills and time management skills Basic understanding of databases Strong background in data entry Basic knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping Clean background check Hired candidate will: Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities Verify data by comparing it to source documents Perform data audits and, using clear communication with team members, ensure correction Update existing data per the request of personnel Perform bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to invoicing and managing accounts receivablesCategory: Admin SupportSubcategory: Data entryProject size: MediumIs this a project or a position?: ProjectRequired availability: As needed
