We have over 30+ psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers available to provide a wide variety of behavioral health services. TCNY is seeking a motivated individual with attention to detail and a positive attitude to join our team! Candidate must have strong customer service skills and be comfortable handling multi-channel communications with patients and care providers. This position requires multi-tasking, a sensitivity to confidentiality, and a professional demeanor. Requirements & Responsibilities: --Familiarity with cloud-based call center software and/or electronic health records (EHR) platforms that involve multi-channel communications with clients (phone and e-mail) --Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, providers, co-workers, insurance companies, etc. --Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace --Flexibility to work with a hybrid multi-location team (with remote, hybrid and office-based team members) --Detailed oriented with the ability to identify issues and to report them in a clear and concise manner to the team --Prior experience working with group medical practices and EHR platforms is preferred --Responsibilities include new patient intake interviews, coordinating patient documentation, verification of patient insurance coverage and demographics, close communication with care providers, responding to patient requests and questions, etc.
