We are seeking a **UiPath Sr. Developer Lead / UiPath Architect** to assist with client projects, ensuring the successful design, development, and deployment of automation solutions. This role requires deep expertise in **UiPath development, solution architecture, and best practices**, with a strong ability to **lead automation initiatives, mentor teams, and engage with clients** to drive digital transformation. ### **Key Responsibilities** - **Design and Architect Solutions** – Develop end-to-end UiPath automation solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - **Lead Development Efforts** – Guide a team of UiPath developers to implement best practices, code reviews, and technical excellence. - **Client Engagement & Consulting** – Work directly with clients to gather requirements, design automation workflows, and provide strategic automation roadmaps. - **Process Analysis & Optimization** – Identify and assess automation opportunities, document process improvements, and drive efficiencies. - **Deployment & Support** – Oversee the deployment of RPA bots in production environments and provide ongoing support and enhancements. - **Compliance & Governance** – Ensure adherence to **RPA governance, security standards, and compliance policies** across automation projects. - **Training & Mentorship** – Coach and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. ### **Qualifications & Requirements** - **5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development and architecture** - Strong expertise in **UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath AI Center** - Experience with **RPA best practices, solution architecture, and governance** - **Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, or other scripting languages** - Knowledge of **SQL, APIs, and system integrations** - Experience in **cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise-scale automation** - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to **troubleshoot complex automation workflows** - **Excellent communication and client-facing skills** to drive automation strategies - UiPath **Advanced Developer or Architect Certification (preferred)** - **US-Based candidates only** ### **Why Join Us?** - Work on cutting-edge automation projects with leading organizations. - Collaborate with a dynamic and innovative team. - Competitive compensation and growth opportunities. - Flexibility to work remotely within the US.
