We’re looking for a skilled and resourceful Skip Tracer and Direct Marketing Specialist to help identify off-market property owners (commercial, residential, and land) and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads for acquisitions and contracting opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, or real estate marketing, and who understands how to find property owners, validate contact data, and get their attention with strategic marketing. Key Responsibilities: Use skip tracing tools to identify contact info for off-market property owners Build lists of owners (LLCs and individuals) based on provided criteria and markets Research and verify property and ownership data Execute outreach campaigns via mail, phone, text, and/or email Track responses and engagement to identify hot leads Collaborate to refine target criteria and marketing approaches Ideal Candidate: Proven experience with skip tracing (BatchSkipTracing, PropStream, REISkip, etc.) Real estate lead generation experience (especially off-market deals) Familiar with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and lead pipelines Excellent communication and writing skills for marketing messages Organized, resourceful, and proactive Bonus if you have experience with: Cold calling or text messaging campaigns Building property owner lists from public records Real estate wholesaling, investing, or acquisitions CRM tools like REsimpli, Podio, or InvestorFuse
