The position involves posting advertisements for raw land properties we're selling, with a schedule of one ad every five days. Key responsibilities: - Post and manage Facebook Marketplace ads - Engage directly with potential leads through Facebook - Nurture leads through the sales process - Add qualified prospects to our CRM. - Function as our dedicated sales assistant The ideal candidate will actively communicate with leads, cultivate relationships, and help transition interested parties into our sales pipeline.
