We’re seeking a Marketing Content and Project Coordinator who thrives on structure, content, and seamless execution. You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing Lead, ensuring that marketing initiatives move forward efficiently while supporting content creation, scheduling, and analytics. You’ll be part of a small but mighty team, gaining valuable exposure to both creative and performance-driven marketing strategies. This role is flexible and perfect for someone who loves both the creative and logistical sides of marketing. What you’ll do: Support the Performance Marketing Lead in executing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels Support the Head of Operations with project coordination, process optimization, and reporting Organize and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely execution of marketing materials Coordinate tasks and workflows between writers, designers, and external contractors Conduct light research on SEO trends, keywords, and content opportunities to support campaign planning Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts and email campaigns using marketing automation tools Track and compile analytics from platforms like Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad campaigns Proofread and refine content before publication, ensuring quality, clarity, and brand consistency Work closely with the brand and design team to ensure marketing assets align with strategic goals Assist in marketing admin tasks such as setting up meetings, organizing files, and keeping project documentation up to date What you’ll need: A love affair with brand and marketing—we’re committed to excellence A detail-oriented mindset—you love a well-organized spreadsheet as much as a compelling piece of content A passion for marketing and the curiosity to learn new strategies, platforms, and tools 2+ years of experience in a similar role Strong organizational and project management skills—you keep things moving without missing a beat Experience in content writing or social media management Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without breaking a sweat A keen eye for detail—whether proofreading copy or analyzing campaign results A team-player mentality—you’re eager to help wherever needed Experience with Google Suite, Asana (or similar project management tool), and marketing platforms (bonus if you’ve worked with HubSpot) A love of learning—we don’t expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to figure things out Bonus points: Familiarity with SEO basics and keyword research Has previously worked with Meta and Google advertising Interest in marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking A knack for problem-solving and proactive communication Dog lover What you’ll get: Fully remote Autonomy and a flexible schedule $30 to $40 an hour with an opportunity to join the team full-time Low stress, positive work environment Mentorship and significant learning opportunities
