Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and culturally aware Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence across social platforms in India. This role requires deep knowledge of the Indian digital landscape, audience preferences, and local trends. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist who can craft engaging content, drive community engagement, and execute data-driven social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement in the Indian market. Key Responsibilities: Content Execution: Develop and implement a tailored social media strategy for the Indian market, ensuring alignment with global brand goals. Platform Management: Manage and grow our presence on key Indian social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), ensuring content resonates with local audiences. Content Creation & Localization: Oversee the creation of region-specific social media content, including posts, videos, reels, and campaigns that appeal to Indian students, parents, and education stakeholders. Community Engagement: Monitor and actively engage with the Indian audience, responding to comments, messages, and trends in a timely and culturally relevant manner. Influencer & Partnership Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with Indian influencers, education experts, and content creators to amplify brand reach. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track key metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversions. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes specific to India. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on the Indian market. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of India’s social media landscape, online behavior, and digital content trends. Content Expertise: Strong experience in creating engaging content, including short-form videos, reels, and interactive posts. Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing social media performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly. Language Skills: Fluent in English
