Performance Marketer / Growth Strategist Needed for Luxury Scent Brand Launch I’m launching a contemporary luxury scent brand in the next couple of months—design-led, emotion-driven, and built around creativity. We’re targeting specific creative communities and cultural tastemakers in cosmopolitan European cities (London, Paris, Berlin, Copenhagen, Madrid, etc.). I don’t need fluff. I don’t need someone to spend three weeks figuring out the brand. I need someone who knows their shit when it comes to paid social. What I need: A growth-minded media buyer or performance marketer who can help me gain email subscribers and social followers ahead of launch. Someone who understands targeting creatively minded 25–45-year-olds—people working in fashion, design, art, music, beauty, and culture. Someone who knows how to run efficient, effective campaigns across Meta (Instagram + Facebook), TikTok, and/or Pinterest. Someone who can start immediately and iterate fast. What you’ll have to work with: High-quality, brand-ready video and photo assets A landing page with lead capture flows already built in A solid creative and brand strategy—ready to activate Support from me, the founder (ex-global brand director, scent/beauty/startup background) You should: Be very confident setting up and scaling paid ad campaigns Be fluent in testing hooks, creatives, and targeting Understand how to convert creative audience segments into subscribers Have experience with cultural or luxury brands (even better if you’ve worked with startups or indie DTC brands) This is a short but intense project to drive awareness and signups leading up to launch—but could become longer-term if we work well together.
