We're looking for a performance-focused **Google Ads expert** to help grow **Friend of Dorothy** — a fast-growing gay wellness brand offering supplements for sexual health, fitness, recovery, and anti-aging. Our mission is to help gay men feel confident, perform better, and take control of their wellbeing. We need someone who understands how to scale ad accounts for e-commerce brands and ideally has experience in the supplements or wellness space. **What we're looking for:** - Proven success managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.) - Strong grasp of e-commerce KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV - Experience with supplements, fitness, or sexual wellness is a big plus - Comfortable working with a bold, unapologetically gay brand - Confident in setting up and optimizing conversion tracking and attribution - Able to proactively spot issues and identify growth opportunities **What we need help with:** - Auditing our current campaigns and identifying quick wins - Creating and testing new campaigns and ad copy - Scaling traffic and conversions while improving ROAS - Optimising product feeds and landing page traffic - Weekly/monthly reporting and ongoing performance management **What we offer:** - A strong brand with a loyal, growing customer base - Exciting product range and a distinctive voice - Collaborative team and clear communication - Ongoing work for the right person **To apply, please include:** - Examples of ad accounts you've managed (bonus if in wellness/supplements) - Results you’ve achieved (ROAS, revenue growth, etc.) - Your approach to scaling DTC brands with Google Ads
