Description: We’re a revenue cycle management services company serving hospitals—and we’re looking for a highly experienced content and demand generation specialist to execute a defined podcast-driven growth strategy. This role is focused on repurposing podcast content into high-value deliverables (webinars, trade articles, blogs, email campaigns) and promoting that content via LinkedIn ads and programmatic channels. The ultimate goals: grow our podcast subscriber base and expand our email list. This is not a role for generic, AI-generated content. Our brand has a strong point of view—we expect all content to reflect that. You’ll collaborate with internal subject matter experts to bring that perspective to life in every asset you produce. Responsibilities: • Execute our podcast-led demand generation plan • Repurpose podcast episodes into blogs, trade articles, webinars, and emails • Collaborate with internal SMEs to craft thoughtful, opinionated content • Manage and optimize campaigns via LinkedIn Ads and programmatic platforms • Use HubSpot to manage email campaigns and track performance • Drive subscriber and list growth with clear reporting and insights Requirements: • 3+ years in B2B demand generation (healthcare or RCM experience is a huge plus) • Proven success repurposing content into multiple high-performing formats • Strong writing/editing skills—journalistic eye, opinionated tone, value-focused • Experience running and optimizing LinkedIn Ads + programmatic campaigns • Proficient with HubSpot for campaign management and reporting • Comfortable working 20 hours/week and owning execution independently
