SAP Developer Business need ●2-3 short term contractors (2-3 months) ●Available to start within 1-2 weeks Summary We are looking for a SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Developer who is able to work on BTP and to build cloud-native services and business applications using NodeJS, CAP. Role and Responsibilities ●Develop Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) using CDS, Node.js, SAP HANA on Cloud, and UI5 with advanced JavaScript ●Execute software design, development, and implementation of new functionalities and enhancements to business systems (mainly SAP BTP, S/4Hana, SuccessFactors) ●Develop SAPUI5 applications and Cloud-native applications (Cloud Foundry) in Node.js ●Prepare technical specifications and participate in solution architectures and estimations ●Address the entire software development lifecycle, from analysis to design, testing, and development to meet business needs ●Improve system quality by identifying issues, common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures ●Enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and implementing solutions ●Maintain and improve existing codebases, adding peer-reviewed code changes ●Liaise with colleagues to implement technical designs ●Investigate and use new technologies where relevant ●Provide written knowledge transfer material Skills & Experience ●Familiar with SAP cloud integration system layers and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ●Experienced with application development using SAP UI5 with OData V4, SAP CAPM, and Node.js ●Hands-on experience with SAP Workflow API integration with SAP Fiori Applications ●Good experience with configuration and setup of SAP BTP environments and services ●Understanding of source code repositories like GitHub and Bitbucket, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines ●Knowledge of SAP CPI integration with Salesforce is an added advantage ●Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills ●Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks consistent with business objectives
