We are looking for an experienced ERP Software Implementation Architect to lead the design, deployment, and integration of ERP systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP solutions, excellent technical and project management skills, and a proven track record of successful ERP implementations. The project will involve the customization and configuration of the ERP system to meet our business needs, as well as overseeing data migration, integrations, testing, and post-launch support. If you have experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Netsuite ERP, Epicor, Infor, Sage, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or other leading solutions, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive ERP implementation strategy and timeline - Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions - Architect the ERP system, including designing integrations and custom workflows - Oversee the configuration and customization of ERP modules to align with business processes - Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity - Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and security - Integrate the ERP system with existing enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, HR, financial systems) - Provide end-user training and create documentation for system usage - Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues that may arise - Continuously assess and optimize the ERP system after implementation for performance improvements Requirements: - Proven experience in ERP implementation architecture, including leading full-cycle ERP projects - Expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems - Strong understanding of data migration processes and system integrations - Experience in customizing ERP modules based on business processes - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and IT teams - Project management experience, with the ability to manage deadlines and deliverables
