Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and efficient freelancer to handle the following responsibilities: Maintenance & Repair Scheduling: * Receive and process maintenance and repair requests from tenants and property owners. * Schedule appointments with contractors for repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely completion. * Follow up on completed work to ensure quality and satisfaction. Vendor Coordination & Quoting: * Research, contact, and coordinate with various vendors and contractors for remodeling, repair, and improvement projects. * Obtain, compare, and negotiate quotes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. * Maintain a database of reliable and qualified vendors. * Research vendors/contractors to work with, look up reviews, check ratings. Project Oversight Assistance: * Assist in the oversight of construction and remodeling projects by gathering project details and specifications. * Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Administrative Tasks: * Make and manage phone calls to tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. * Submit invoices for expense reporting and maintain accurate records. * Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently. * Potential Leasing & Billing Support: * Assist with handling leasing and property management billings between our sister companies (as needed). Requirements: * MUST be fluent in English * Availability during U.S. business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET) on days when jobs or quotes are scheduled. (Flexibility to schedule appointments at your convenience.) * MUST have experience using Asana or similar project management platform. * Proven experience in property maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and project support. * Have an eye for details. * Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and contractors. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and tenants. * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficiency in using phone systems, email, and basic computer applications. * Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation.
