Digital Marketing Ninja & Project Manager with Customer Service Skills


We are seeking a digital marketing/project manager ninja who is very versatile and excels at multiple types of tasks. We are a growing company that runs an online business selling courses to filmmakers. We are creative and looking to scale this year, so we need a person with a variety of skills to help us grow. We're looking for someone who can manage projects effectively for a small team and be able to be Quality Assurance and check the funnels and emails for proper content. You would also be available for customer service. Customer service would be every day, about 15 minutes most days, with about 3-4 check ins spread out through the day. Plus be available when we have live events. Maybe 1-2 days per month. Ideally you would have experience with Active Campaign, Thrivecart, Zoom, Google Drive, or you would be able to learn new software fast. You would need to have great troubleshooting skills and be willing to get on a zoom call occasionally with customer issues. And be great at customer retention and even look for opportunities to sell in the emails. The ideal candidate would also have some experience with social media strategies and being able to create email marketing nurture campaigns. You wouldn't have to write the content specifically but creating the strategy and possibly using AI to create it and then we would edit it. Your ability to balance multiple tasks and communicate effectively will be crucial. This is perfect for a detail oriented and creative person! We anticipate maybe 3 hours of customer service per week and about 5-7 hours of project management / other tasks per week to start. So total about 10 hour per week. This of course would increase as we grow.
