We’re looking for 100 native Japanese speakers to take part in an urgent Text-to-Speech (TTS) research project. This is a great chance to contribute to cutting-edge voice technology while getting paid for your time! What’s Involved? Before starting the full 50-hour project, you’ll need to complete a paid test by recording 3 hours of content. Don’t worry—it’s not 3 hours of continuous recording! The test consists of multiple short scripts, making it easier to complete. We’ll provide all the scripts—you just need to record. Who Can Apply? Native Japanese speakers with a clear voice. You should be able to use Audacity (or any similar software that meets our specs). No prior experience needed—we’ll guide you through everything! Tech Specs: Format: WAV Sampling rate: 48 kHz Bit depth: 24-bit RAW, unprocessed audio Mono (1 channel) Noise floor: -60 dB or better (no artificial noise removal). What You’ll Get: The 3-hour test is paid (exact rate will be discussed individually). After the test, the hourly rate will be between $40 - $60, based on experience and audio quality. Your recordings will only be used for internal research—no commercial or public use. If you’re interested, apply now and help shape the future of TTS technology!
