Position Overview   We're seeking an exceptional senior UX Designer, AI Design Systems, and Branding to create a design system for our innovative housing application for Desktop, Android, and iOS. This role leverages strong experience with pattern libraries and is comfortable building and maintaining a scalable design system using Figma. Main task: Organize an existing Figma design and disparate components into reusable components and patterns, ensuring consistent and scalable user experiences across products. Able to establish accessible color palettes and create componentry for conversational and generative AI. Additionally: Must have deep experience with responsive UI design methodology and processes (user-centered and iterative design). Create prototypes for UX research testing with industry-leading tools. Create and maintain a pattern library Create design assets and document with usage guidelines  Ensure the design system is usable across responsive breakpoints and on mobile iOS and Android devices. Ensure styles are compliant with WCAG AA ad AAA where possible. Experience with HeroUI is preferable. Experience creating components for automotive and smartwatch interfaces is a plus. (Garmin, etc.) Creation of light and dark modes, error states, icon library, styles, etc. About you:  * 6+ years of experience in design systems as a senior UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design work building complex products with reusable components * You thrive at the intersection of UI/UI design, scaled solutions, prototyping and research * Expert skills in UX and product design in complex environments, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design process * Advanced proficiency in product design and prototyping tools (i.e., Figma) * Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills * Advanced understanding of design systems. * Proficient in best practices for responsive design, accessible web, iOS, and Android interfaces that meet WCAG Accessibility standards * Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills.
