Job Title: Executive Assistant & Shopify Email Manager Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Shopify Email Manager to join our team. This dual-role position combines high-level administrative support with hands-on management of customer communications and order fulfillment in our Shopify platform. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Assist the owner with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and task prioritization. Support ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and tracking deadlines. Shopify Email Management: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through email and Shopify messages promptly and professionally. Provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses to questions about products, orders, shipping, and returns. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. Develop and maintain templates for common inquiries to streamline communication. Order Fulfillment Support: Oversee order tracking and customer notifications to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Communicate with the warehouse or shipping teams to resolve order-related issues. Customer Engagement: Assist with managing Shopify email campaigns, including promotions, newsletters, and follow-ups. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to improve customer retention and satisfaction. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and communication efficiency. Collaborate with team members to develop better customer support strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as an executive assistant, customer support manager, or similar role. Familiarity with Shopify or Amazon Seller platforms is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in tools like Klavyio, Microsoft Office, and email management platforms. Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
