Overview: We are looking for a Python developer (must be an individual) to help build an MVP for a voice-based AI training tool. The system simulates customer conversations (audio only) to allow retail salespeople to practice handling scenarios and receive automatic feedback. The system records audio conversations between employees and AI virtual customers and automatically transcribes these recordings for analysis and scoring.
