Job Description: Wisteria, a premier home décor and furniture brand, is seeking a freelance Order Flow & Fulfillment Manager with NetSuite expertise to oversee order processing, warehouse fulfillment, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end order flow, coordinating with fulfillment centers, and ensuring seamless operations between NetSuite and Shopify. Responsibilities: Order Flow Management: Oversee order processing from purchase to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. NetSuite & Shopify Connector: Manage and troubleshoot NetSuite-Shopify integrations, ensuring proper data flow between systems. Warehouse Fulfillment Coordination: Work with warehouse teams and 3PL partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve delays. Inventory Sync & Order Tracking: Ensure order and inventory data remain accurate between systems, minimizing discrepancies. Returns & Customer Order Issues: Handle order modifications, cancellations, and coordinate with customer service for issue resolution. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the order fulfillment process and suggest automation or efficiency improvements. Requirements: Strong experience in order flow management within NetSuite. Hands-on expertise in NetSuite-Shopify Connector for order syncing and troubleshooting. Ability to coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, and logistics teams for fulfillment management. Detail-oriented, ensuring order accuracy, tracking, and timely fulfillment. Experience handling returns, exchanges, and customer order inquiries. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in eCommerce, furniture, or home décor industries. Knowledge of logistics and warehouse management best practices. Strong analytical skills to monitor order trends and optimize workflows. Previous experience working as a freelancer or remote consultant for order management. Project Details: Engagement: Ongoing, part-time with potential for long-term collaboration. Hours per week: Flexible (likely 10-20 hours to start). Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
