We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to help grow our organic reach, engage our audience, and drive sales through content marketing. Our ideal candidate has experience in fashion/lifestyle branding and understands how to create engaging, high-converting content. Responsibilities: -Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with product launches and marketing goals -Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts -Optimize posts for SEO and engagement (hashtags, keywords, captions, timing) -Manage daily community engagement (responding to comments/DMs, interacting with followers) -Leverage Pinterest for organic brand discovery and product traffic -Repurpose short-form content into YouTube Shorts, Tok Tok, and IG reels -Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy for growth -Collaborate on influencer partnerships and giveaways Requirements: -Proven experience managing social media for fashion or lifestyle brands -Strong understanding of fashion trends and audience engagement strategies -Ability to create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) -Experience with scheduling tools like Later, Planoly, or Meta Business Suite -Basic knowledge of SEO for social media and Pinterest optimization -Excellent communication and community engagement skills Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): -Experience in influencer collaborations and PR outreach -Knowledge of email marketing strategies -Graphic design or Canva skills for branding consistency
