The ideal candidate will possess not only a keen understanding of e-commerce management but also a passion for social media marketing and customer engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Social Media Management:** - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our online stores, and enhance customer engagement. - Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Tiktok and Pinterest. - Monitor, respond to, and engage with our audience on social media platforms and website, fostering a sense of community and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly. 2. **Etsy and Amazon Listing Optimization:** - Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize product listings on Etsy and Amazon for enhanced visibility and search rankings. - Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that product descriptions are compelling, accurate, and aligned with our brand voice. - Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve listing effectiveness and conversion rates. 3. **Customer Service Excellence:** - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and encourage repeat business. - Create a customer feedback loop to gather insights that can inform product offerings and marketing strategies. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in e-commerce management, particularly with platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon. - Strong proficiency in social media marketing, with a track record of successfully managing social media accounts and campaigns. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer engagement and relationship building. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve performance and drive sales. - A passion for e-commerce and an understanding of current trends and best practices in the industry.
