**Job Title:** Project Manager – AI Medical Imaging Segmentation Project **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team of AI/ML R&D Engineers on a cutting-edge AI medical imaging segmentation project. You'll play a key role in coordinating project workflows, facilitating clear communication, and ensuring timely delivery of results. Your technical acumen will be critical in managing processes involving data annotation, AI model training, tuning, testing, and validation activities. **Responsibilities:** - Lead day-to-day management of AI medical imaging segmentation projects including managing vendors that are doing the image annotation. - Define clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and proactively track team progress. - Ensure clear communication between AI engineers, annotators, data scientists, and stakeholders. - Manage project documentation, track tasks, and maintain resources efficiently using Notion. - Identify and mitigate risks related to data annotation, training processes, model tuning, testing, and validation. - Facilitate technical discussions among engineers to drive effective problem-solving and decision-making. - Prepare clear, concise, and technically-informed project updates for leadership and stakeholders. **Qualifications:** - Demonstrated success managing technical projects involving AI, software development, or medical imaging. - Strong understanding of AI project workflows, including annotation processes, training datasets, tuning/validation data, test sets, and performance metrics. - Expert proficiency using Notion for documentation, task management, and team collaboration (required). - Familiarity with agile methodologies; project management certifications (PMP, CSM) are desirable. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details clearly between engineers and non-technical stakeholders. - Proactive, organized, and adaptable approach to managing dynamic project requirements. **Preferred Skills:** - Prior experience with AI medical imaging projects, particularly involving segmentation tasks. - Familiarity with DICOM visualization tools or medical imaging formats. - Comfort working in remote or hybrid teams. **Application Process:** Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting relevant experience, along with your responses to the following technical questions: **Technical Experience Questions:** 1.
