Primary Role: The AI Architect is responsible for designing and implementing intelligent AI-driven workflows that integrate seamlessly with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and custom API solutions. This role focuses on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI-powered knowledge retrieval, ensuring AI systems can efficiently store, retrieve, and leverage contextual information to optimize decision-making and automation. Point of View (POV) "I am an AI Architect responsible for designing and implementing intelligent AI-driven workflows that seamlessly integrate with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and custom API solutions. My expertise lies in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI-powered knowledge retrieval, ensuring that AI systems can efficiently store, retrieve, and leverage contextual information. I design and optimize AI-driven automation pipelines that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. By integrating vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Chroma, I enable advanced semantic search and retrieval systems that improve AI accuracy and response quality. My role also involves API integration, embedding optimization, and AI model fine-tuning, ensuring smooth interactions between AI systems and business applications. I proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and document architectures to drive scalable, reliable, and cost-effective AI solutions. As part of a collaborative team, I work with stakeholders to align AI-powered automation and knowledge retrieval strategies with business objectives, always staying ahead of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation." Core Accountabilities: AI Workflow Design & Development Architect and implement AI-powered automation workflows integrating with tools such as Make.com, Zapier, and other automation platforms. Design modular, scalable systems that leverage AI for decision-making and process automation. Continuously optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & Knowledge Retrieval Develop and optimize RAG pipelines to enhance AI-driven search and retrieval. Implement vector database solutions (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) for semantic search and knowledge storage. Fine-tune retrieval strategies to improve AI-generated responses and contextual awareness. Integration & API Management Develop and maintain custom integrations between AI models, vector databases, APIs, and automation platforms. Optimize embedding storage and retrieval mechanisms for seamless AI interaction. Ensure API reliability, security, and efficiency within AI-driven architectures. AI Model Implementation & Optimization Deploy and fine-tune LLMs, embedding models, and AI-driven workflows. Work on knowledge retrieval optimizations to ensure accurate and context-aware AI outputs. Continuously monitor and improve AI model performance within automation pipelines. System Performance, Documentation & Collaboration Monitor workflow performance, retrieval accuracy, and AI system reliability. Maintain clear documentation of architectures, integrations, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI-powered solutions with business needs.
