AI project- fine tuning an LLM model to build a research tool

We are a research firm that is looking to build an AI agent that is based on an existing LLM that is fine tuned / trained on our internal and some external case studies. This is financial and qualitative research. But mostly qualitative— ideally we could bring in a number of sites / services that we use for information that isn’t publicly available. We would like to use the tool as an agent to help us begin research projects and have it start research or do initial evaluations of projects for us using historical precedent. This is one of many projects that we are evaluating.
